- No fees for the first 6 months.
- 50% discount on fees for the following 6 months.
- 25% discount on fees for the following 1 year.
Airlines increasing the number of flight frequency.
One (1) Year Incentive Scheme
- 50% discount on fees for the first 6 months.
- 25% discount on fees for the following 6 months.
New airlines operating at BIA from new destinations not yet linked with BIA.

Charter Services bringing in foreign tourists from new destinations not yet linked to BIA.
- 25% discount on fees for each flight.
