- Prepares administrative reports and official departmental documentation.
- Coordinates office matters including safety, cleanliness and facility maintenance.

- Plans and coordinates training, courses and staff development workshops.
- Manages training records, attendance and annual staff performance assessments.

- Manages and controls departmental expenditure for salary, allowances and recurring payments.
- Acts as the focal point for relevant parties in matters related to government revenue collection.
- Liaises with departmental administration, the Ministry of Finance and Economy, and other relevant agencies.
- Manages financial and audit-related matters in accordance with government procedures.
- Ensures all financial processes comply with official financial regulations.
- Manages salary, revenue and store-related financial operations.

- Provides technical support for departmental ICT systems including computers, networks and servers.
- Maintains network systems, ICT equipment, software and cybersecurity operations.
- Manages user accounts, system access and secure data storage.
- Develops, implements and maintains departmental digital systems and applications.
- Provides consultation and coordination on ICT policies and government digital projects.
- Monitors ICT system performance and prepares service status reports.
- Provides basic ICT training for officers and staff to improve technology usage skills.
