Note:  The information here is applied to all aerodrome certificate holders.

Section 2.3.8 Notifying and Reporting in the Brunei Aviation Requirements, BAR 14 Volume I - Aerodromes require aerodrome to notify AIS and DCA before effecting any changes to aerodromes that have the potential to affect the agreed basis for certification, including:

  • Facilities
  • Level of services
  • Procedures
  • Policy

The information in ADR 010 Procedures on Aerodrome Development provide guidance on notifying Brunei DCA the developments on an aerodrome and other changes to the physical characteristics of an aerodrome. Additionally, it includes guidance to help ensure that changes comply with certification criteria and are managed safely.
